Located in Mumbai’s Pali Hill, the six-storey bungalow was built on a property that belonged to the Kapoor family. The home is named after Ranbir’s grandparents, Raj Kapoor and Krishna Kapoor. Ranbir and Alia moved into the property in November 2025. The bungalow has been reported to be worth around ₹250 crore. Images shared from the home show large windows, balconies, marble-finished flooring, indoor greenery and a mix of contemporary and Indian-inspired interiors. The couple also celebrated their first Ganesh Chaturthi at Krishna Raj in 2026, with Alia sharing glimpses of the family festivities from the new home.

His ₹35 Crore Mumbai address holds special memories 

Before moving into Krishna Raj, Ranbir lived in a luxury apartment at Vastu in Pali Hill. According to reports, the actor purchased the 2,460-square-foot apartment for ₹35 crore in 2016. The home was designed by Gauri Khan and featured a minimalist aesthetic, along with a private theatre setup and space for his pets. Vastu also holds a special place in Ranbir and Alia’s story as the couple chose the home as the setting for their intimate wedding in April 2022. Alia later shared their official wedding photographs from the celebration, giving fans a glimpse of the home that became the backdrop for one of Bollywood’s most talked-about weddings.

A garage that speak the language of luxury

Ranbir Kapoor’s love for luxury extends well beyond his home , with an impressive line-up of cars adding another layer to his high-end lifestyle. His reported collection includes the Land Rover Range Rover Vogue, Range Rover Sport, Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG and Audi A8 L, giving him a mix of luxury, performance and everyday comfort. The actor has also been associated with an Audi R8, the sleek V10-powered sports car that was priced at over ₹2 crore when it was available in India, according to reports. Ranbir Kapoor’s love for watches adds another layer to his luxury collection, with the actor reportedly owning timepieces from some of the world’s most coveted watchmakers. One of the standout pieces associated with him is the Richard Mille RM 010, valued at around ₹50 lakh in reports. The watch was reportedly gifted to Ranbir by Amitabh Bachchan in 2014. Reports also state that Ranbir had admired the same watch on Bachchan, making the gift all the more personal.
His reported collection also features names such as Rolex, TAG Heuer and Hublot, reflecting his long-standing interest in fine watches and luxury timepieces.

His sneaker obsession goes beyond the ordinary

Ranbir Kapoor’s sneaker game has become just as recognisable as his love for luxury cars and watches. The actor has also spoken about his love for sneakers, making footwear another notable part of his personal style. A self-confessed sneakerhead, the actor has often made sought-after footwear a part of his off-duty style.During a family vacation with Alia Bhatt and their daughter, Ranbir was spotted wearing Celine low lace-up sneakers crafted in suede and calfskin, adding a luxury touch to his casual holiday look.

Over the years, he has also been photographed wearing sought-after pairs, including Nike x Off-White collaborations and the Nike Air Max 1 Atmos. Ranbir has previously revealed that he sometimes buys two pairs of the same sneakers — one to wear and another to preserve, giving a glimpse into just how seriously he takes his footwear collection.
