Thailand's Opal Suchata as Miss World 2025 is resplendent during her crowning moment

With beauty, wisdom and grace, Opal Suchata, hailing from Thailand, made history on May 31, 2025 by winning the title of Miss World 2025. The eponymous beauty pageant has given India many reasons to be proud of—from Priyanka Chopra to Manushi Chhillar. This year, as the host country for the gala, India presented Opal Suchata as the new title holder, a landmark first for Thailand. Born to a family of hoteliers, the pageant queen was crowned Miss Thailand earlier this year. 

The beauty queen wore a beautiful bejewelled mesh gown, complete with a white fluttery feathered shawl around her—a vision as a true pageant beauty. Resplendent with the crown in twinkling in all its glory, Suchata made her nation proud during the winning moment. 

The prestigious event took place in Telangana and in runner-up positions were Miss Ethiopia followed by Miss Poland.
