Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas take NYC by storm in black blazer looks

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are a dynamic couple. On the red carpet, the magnetism reaches new heights. As seen at the Last Five Years' premiere night in New York City recently, one can credit their occasional glamorous red carpet glam for it as well. One can hardly go wrong with a black pantsuit, moreover so if you're a stylish duo like Priyanka and Nick. Nick Jonas picked a black and white pinstriped pantsuit worn with a white t-shirt underneath for a refreshing take on the formal attire for his Broadway debut night.

Priyanka Chopra matched her husband's noir vibe with a blazer set but with a modern twist. Her original outfit was a combination of a black waistcoat, skirt and oversized blazer, where even though she ditched the latter, she continued to rock a monochrome moment. The sophisticated all-black moment wasn't complete there though. She topped her look off with strappy black heels for a sleek and chic end to this red carpet outfit.

If that was not all, she complemented her sophisticated black outfit with an open, bouncy hairstyle and her signature makeup—a flawlessly, clear complexion, a nude-brown lip colour, winged eyeliner and fluttery lashes. 

Based on the famed musical, Jason Robert Brown's The Last Five Years revolves around the doomed relationship of a couple, played by Nick Jonas and Adrienne Warren, exploring the journey, obstacles and perspectives of both partners experienced in their five-year relationship. 

After a thriving music and acting career, Broadway is a step up in Nick Jonas' life in an attempt to tap into his many creative sides. It's nice to see him doing it in style with his lady love in tow.
