Nearly three decades after his self-titled debut album in 1995, international musician Enrique Iglesias has proven that true pop legends never fade. Instead, they only grow louder. The Spanish hitmaker and son of the iconic 70s and 80s Spanish singer Julio Iglesias, returned to India this week after thirteen years for a sold-out concert in Mumbai, reaffirming his star power among Indian fans. Performing at BKC's MMRDA Grounds, Enrique drew a crowd of 60,000, which was a staggering reminder of the connection he continues to share with Indian audiences. Nostalgia hit like never before for 80s and 90s kids who grew up on classics like Hero and Bailamos, as well as his latest album FINAL (Vol.2) for his newer listeners, making the night a celebration of retrospection, rhythm, and the universal language of music.

The two days of shows in Mumbai are a part of a whirlwind Middle Eastern tour that underscores Enrique’s global dominance. Following back-to-back sold-out performances in India, he’s headed to Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Arena, where tickets disappeared within hours. Across these three shows, nearly 80,000 fans will gather to celebrate the voice that defined an era; which is quite the feat for artists, let alone Spanish-speaking ones. With over 180 million albums sold and countless chart-toppers across streaming and physical formats, Enrique Iglesias undoubtedly remains the most internationally successful Spanish artist of all time.

On the personal front, the singer and his longtime partner Anna Kournikova are set to welcome their fourth child. Already parents to 7-year-old twins Nicholas and Lucy and 5-year-old Mary, the private couple have also proved that their family continues to grow as gracefully as their global legacy.

Now he’s reminding the world why he remains one of the greatest Latin artists in history, a true global pop icon whose music still makes arenas sing in unison.
