Beyond the appreciation of cinema from all across the globe, the Cannes Film Festival is a well-known spectacle for fashion lovers. Trends straight off the runway parade on the red carpet, while being worn by some of the most notable faces of international cinema. This year, the organisers decided to switch things up at the very last minute and they introduced a dress code to avoid nudity and elaborate gowns for the entire 10-day duration of the event, right before the festival. However, that didn't deter celebrities from walking down the eponymous red carpet, putting their most fashionable feet forward. On day 1 of the festival, celebrities made a mark in their sophisticated outfits and Team HELLO! has some favourites.
