Shah Rukh Khan’s Met Gala debut was more than a fashion appearance; it was a legacy walking the staircase. In a sharply tailored, long blazer suit, designed by Sabyasachi, with jewellery stacked to perfection. And in doing so, he brought Indian tailoring into one of the world’s most influential fashion rooms. The look felt powerful yet effortless, like someone who doesn’t need a loud outfit to prove his presence. One doesn't need much when they're Shah Rukh Khan. 

2. Diljit Dosanjh 

Diljit pulled all stops for this appearance, and whatever little (or more) that is said about it, does not fully justify the mega impact it had on his fans and fashion enthusiasts, the world over. At the Met Gala 2025, he entered in true royalty. His look, custom-made by Prabal Gurung,  blended couture with unapologetic Punjabi pride: an ivory turban, layered draping, and a silhouette that felt ceremonial yet contemporary. While many men choose the safety of tuxedos, Diljit Dosanjh chose identity. 

3. Alia Bhatt 

Alia Bhatt made her highly anticipated Cannes Film Festival debut in 2025, attending as a L'Oréal Paris Global Ambassador. Of course, fans waited with bated breath for her appearance and especially for what she was going to be seen arriving in. A Schiaparelli gown, an Armani Prive gown, but the cherry on top was certainly the custom-made saree-inspired gown by Gucci, which broke the internet. 

4. Kiara Advani 

Kiara Advani’s first Met Gala moment was emotional, elegant, and instantly iconic. Wearing a sculptural couture gown by Gaurav Gupta in monochrome tones with metallic detailing, she embodied softness and strength. Kiara walked the red carpet proudly showing her baby bump, and suddenly, the Met Gala staircase wasn’t just a runway, but a celebration of motherhood, grace, and fierce femininity.

5. Lisa

Lisa’s pink Lever Couture gown at the Emmy Awards 2025 was a study in modern romanticism, executed with quiet authority. The embellishment wasn’t ornamental for the sake of spectacle—it was architectural, framing her in a way that felt controlled and confident, which she paired with a sculpted black long skirt. Styled with gothic touches for hair and makeup completed her look and sent it straight to the HELLO! India style files.

8. Margot Robbie

Margot Robbie’s fully sheer Armani Privé dress at A Big Bold Beautiful Journey's Premiere was audacious in concept, but measured in execution. Transparency here wasn’t about provocation; it was about precision. The craftsmanship carried the look, allowing it to feel refined rather than revealing. 9. Priyanka Chopra Jonas
