Meezaan Jafri’s personal style is rooted in instinct rather than imitation. Whether he’s keeping things pared-back in off-duty denim and black tees or experimenting with unexpected choices on formal occasions, his approach to fashion is guided by confidence and comfort. After leading denim brand Killer's brand film for its ‘I Wear India. I Wear Killer’ campaign, the actor opens up to HELLO! India about his fashion philosophy, bold style moments, wardrobe essentials, and the advice that continues to shape how he dresses; be it on or off camera.

HELLO! India: Who are your biggest fashion influences, on-screen or off-screen?

Meezaan Jafri: There isn’t anyone specific. I like picking different elements from different people and putting them together. Just because something looks great on someone else doesn’t mean it will suit me, so I try to make it my own.

HELLO! India: What’s the boldest fashion choice you’ve ever made?

Meezaan Jafri: Turning up in a white-on-white outfit at a black-tie event. It definitely stood out, but I have no regrets.

HELLO! India: If we opened your wardrobe right now, what would we find the most of?

Meezaan Jafri: Jeans in different colours and styles, and a lot—like, a lot!—of black T-shirts and shirts.

HELLO! India: If you could design your own pair of Killer jeans, what would they look like?

Meezaan Jafri: Light blue denim in a boot-cut fit. Just a subtle flare at the bottom, with a leather patch running along the sides of the boot cut.

HELLO! India: What’s a fashion tip you’ve learned from your father?

Meezaan Jafri: “Confidence is the best accessory. Everything else is just fabric.”

HELLO! India: Has your style evolved since you joined the industry?

Meezaan Jafri: Definitely. I’ve learned how to dress for the camera and for real life. The fits are sharper, the silhouettes cleaner, and I now focus more on what actually suits me instead of blindly following trends.
