Kylie Jenner sparkles the Oscars night away in a custom red Schiaparelli halter gown

The Academy Awards are the crescendo of the international awards season and tonight is that very night. Taking place at Los Angeles' Dolby Theatre, the 98th Academy Awards has brought together the film industry's finest. While it's undoubtedly a celebration of cinematic mastery at its core, the Oscars has always nurtured fashion like its very own as well. Alongside the spotlight on directors, stunt men and actors, fashionistas too feel right at home here. It's no wonder that Kylie Jenner is really feeling herself tonight. Well, not just tonight but all through the recent 2026 award season. The reality TV star and entrepreneur has played plus one to boyfriend Timothée Chalamet as he made the rounds consistently this season for Marty Supreme's nomination throughout the season. And while the actor battles it out with Sinners at the 2026 Academy Awards, his girlfriend has chosen the moment to shine her brightest.

Kylie Jenner skipped the official red carpet walk-up to the entrance of the venue but made sure to have all eyes on her outfit long before she even arrived with Instagram pictures. The celebrity wore a shimmering red custom Schiaparelli gown designed by Daniel Roseberry which featured a halter neckline that led to a plunging front, a low back and a fit like a glove. It channelled fictional animated character, Jessica Rabbit through and through; which Jenner referenced it in her Instagram caption, stating, "Jessica who?". It's eye-catching, it's sexy, it's everything you'd expect from Kylie Jenner who came to support her boyfriend at cinema's biggest night.

Timothée picked an all-white double-breasted suit with a matching shirt and tie; a much more conservative look than his beau. The night also marked her second date night at the Oscars beside Chalamet, who has been nominated for four Academy Awards throughout his career but hasn't taken home the Gold Man yet. Maybe tonight will change that? Time will tell but we can say with certainty than it seems that Kylie Jenner has already won big.
