Deck 88's Chef Table at The Astor Goa: Restaurants exists in hundreds, if not thousands when your transportation hits the North of Goa but not many will be able to compare to the Chef's Table experience that Deck88 hosts. Situated within The Astor Goa, the standalone restaurant, which is also open to guests outside of the hotel, undertakes an experience that was unlike any other seated dinner I've been to. Twenty-four hours ahead of the meal, the staff discusses with the diner(s) what their favourite memories of food are, the dishes best linked to their childhood and favoured flavours from across the world. Then, the menu is kept as a surprise that's unveiled only when dinners arrive at the table; customised by the chef according to the answers provided. My adoration for smokey Mughlai kebabs found its way in a crisp butter chicken tartlet, travels through Southeast Asia were reflected in a Cambodian dish called Bai Sach Chrouk being served, while my Goan ancestry was highlighted with a fusion dish of prawn curry ramen. The finishing touch was a delightfully layered dessert of pistachio, chocolate and cream with a personalised nameplate made of chocolate. With a menu that's completely unknown to you until you sit at a table with complete reliance on the chef's competence to create a set menu out of memories, it's a food experience that's truly once-in-a-lifetime. Not only will the dishes never be able to be replicated anywhere else in the world you visit, even those that come close won't be able to make memories out of thin air and put it on a dining table like they did.

Raspberry Ripple by Jo Malone: Seasons may transition and life may move swiftly, but there's no period of time I adore quite like I do summer—the endless sunshine, clear blue skies and possibility for anything to happen. Jo Malone's Raspberry Ripple encapsulates that feeling in a bottle. It blends the tart top note of redcurrants with a heart of lush raspberries, swirled into a clean base note of white musk. While floral-centric women's perfumes are often the popular choice, this limited-edition fruity cologne is made for those who adore fruity notes. By combining the scents of zesty raspberry with almost creamy white musk notes, it's far from your ordinary sweet-scented perfume as the juicy fullness of the fruity notes add depth and sharpness to the scent. Promising to celebrate playful British summertime goodness, a spritz or two of this is enough to whisk you away to summer days, even if autumn is nigh.

Ugaoo plants: As a proud plant parent who can barely resist expanding her brood, discovering Ugaoo felt nearly as exciting as Christmas day. The urban gardening brand has reinvented the process of plant shopping, making it seamless and stress-free during the past decade. Whether in their retail store or online shoppe, the variety of plants available are tailored perfectly for those who like flowers, those who want a desk-side companion or those who have endless space in their living room. Besides plants, add-ons from coco peat blocks to fertilizer sticks make even plant care; and not just plant selection, a simple process from a single place. My apprehension at having a live plant delivered to my door disappeared when I received an immaculately-packaged plant that came precisely taped and supported in place so that there was no mess; just the ease of removing it and adding a green new member to my family.

Guppy Delhi: When Guppy Delhi opened 12 years ago, the city was still fresh with the idea of Japanese cuisine with a twist. Their story still holds true for how far they've come in establishing this feature for the ever-changing taste buds. To commemorate this special occasion, this quaint restaurant introduced a new menu with its classics reimagined. The sushi is an obvious hit, and you may find yourself ordering seconds. The offerings are a fresh take on the traditional Japanese dishes. So imagine nori-crusted fish fillets on a bed of exotic vegetables or soba noodles cooked in a rich buttery emulsion. The essence; although Japanese, gets a unique makeover that can be enjoyed with their equally delicious in-house drinks. The kitschy interiors adds to the fun of the experience. So whether you're planning a post-work catch-up with friends or a weekend de-stress, this one is a no-brainer for a chic, satiating meal, and if the new menu is on your mind, it's live till September 30, 2025.

Nef's Finds' Slate Shirt: You might have found yourself at the crossroads of "what do I wear" to work or weekend brunching; to the extent that you have multiple closets for both, and yet are unable to pick from either. Well, you're not alone. Thankfully, the moment I saw this shirt at this homegrown website, Nef's Finds, I knew all my wardrobe woes were solved. What makes this shirt eye-catching is that even though it may seem quite like your regular striped shirt; thanks to the tie-around straps, it levels up to an elevated version of it that blends into almost all wardrobe choices. The soft fabric feels like second skin, and even in transitioning weather, the shirt remains an obvious choice for work and play.

The Wall Rope Yoga at LifeYoga: Working tirelessly for hours does a lot more to your physical and mental health than you know. Sitting long hours in what may seem like the right posture (but isn't) has lasting effects. At LifeYoga, I chose myself. I chose a better lifestyle for my physical and mental wellbeing, and I knew I made the right choice from the moment I walked into the beautifully crafted studio. A calm, earthy atmosphere welcomed me in the heart of Delhi's posh Malcha Marg locality. After having seen their offerings on Instagram, I was intrigued by the different sessions they had to offer. The ones that caught my eye were the Hot Yoga and Wall Rope Yoga sessions. The sessions run out fast for some of these popular variations, but I was happy to find myself a spot at the Wall Rope Yoga session. Given the fact that my self-proclaimed flexibility for years has helped me in various situations, I was confident I'd breeze through this intermediate class. Spoiler alert: I was humbled by my own disabilities. And that was the best part. I was made to do various asanas against the wall with the help of a rope, some facing the wall, and some being fully inverted, obviously, under professional supervision; which I will advise you to too. Sure, it does test your patience, but it truly leaves you feeling alive and with a new perspective on building a lifestyle that promotes a healthy life for you. The 60-minute session takes a while to sink in, but once the clock strikes, you're left wanting more.
