Luxury meets purpose as The Bicester Collection unveils the winners of the Unlock Her Future Prize 2025 – South Asia Edition, honouring six extraordinary women redefining innovation and social impact across Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Pakistan. These trailblazers are not only advancing sustainable solutions aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) but are also shaping the future of women-led enterprise in the region.

A hallmark of The Bicester Collection’s 'DO GOOD' philanthropic programme, the Unlock Her Future Prize is a global platform that empowers women social entrepreneurs to scale their visionary ideas. From its debut in the MENA region in 2022 to Latin America in 2023, and now shining a spotlight on South Asia, the Prize has quickly become a benchmark for creativity, purpose, and leadership in women-led ventures. Supported by Ashoka and endorsed by UN Women, it has reached women across 39 countries, contributed solutions to 16 SDGs, and invested over US$600,000 in female-led social innovation.

For 2025, a distinguished jury — including Desirée Bollier, Dr Rubana Huq, Priya Sigdel, Rishini Weeraratne, and Paroma Chatterjee — selected six visionary winners whose initiatives merge impact with ingenuity:

1. Amritha Krishnamoorthy (India) – Stepping Stones Centre, SDG 4: Transforming education and therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

2. Jhillika Trisal (India) – Cognitii, SDG 4: Democratising quality education through AI-powered learning for children with special educational needs.

3. Sophiya Tamang (Nepal) – Idea to Impact, SDG 2: Turning surplus produce into nutrient-rich fruit purees, empowering women farmers and promoting sustainable agriculture.

4. Nida Yousaf Sheikh (Pakistan) – H2O Technologies, SDG 6: Converting air humidity into safe drinking water, addressing Pakistan’s water scarcity while fostering community empowerment.

5. Nishat Anjum Palka (Bangladesh) – Mommykidz, SDG 3: Curating a safe, accessible community for maternal health, care, and essential products.

6. Yangchen Dolkar Dorji (Bhutan) – LEAD+, SDG 10: Offering funding, mentorship, and market access to grassroots, women-led businesses, cultivating self-reliance and resilience.

Each winner will enjoy up to US$100,000 in funding, bespoke mentorship, leadership coaching, media exposure, and access to the global network of The Bicester Collection, along with academic support from Oxford University Saïd Business School, opening doors to world-class entrepreneurial expertise.

Marking the Collection’s 30th anniversary, this edition celebrates the enduring relationship with South Asian communities and travellers, reinforcing a vision where luxury meets purpose: progress is meaningful when it unlocks opportunity for others. Next year, the Prize will expand to East and South-East Asia, continuing its mission to empower women across the globe.
