"At this stage, time means awareness"

On being asked what the concept of time means to him at this point in his life, Hrithik tells HELLO! India, "At this stage, time means awareness. It’s about being present and conscious rather than constantly looking ahead. A watch isn’t just a tool to measure time; it serves as a reminder to stay grounded, to respect each moment as it comes." For Roshan, time has shifted from something to chase to something to honour. To the question of how he chooses which moments deserve to be marked, remembered, or celebrated, his answer is equally introspective. "The moments that truly deserve to be remembered aren’t always the loud or visible ones. Often, it’s the quieter shifts; the ones that change your mindset or perspective. Those moments stay with you long after they’ve passed."

"This phase has been about staying strong through change"

"If this phase of your life were captured in a timepiece, what would define it—precision, elegance, or resilience?," we ask Hrithik. His response is immediate: "Resilience, without question. This phase has been about learning, adapting, and staying strong through change. That sense of endurance and evolution is something I closely associate with RADO’s craftsmanship and material innovation."

"Watches have a unique ability to hold memory"

"Right now, my choice of a watch says I value balance. Time has taught me that ambition and stillness can and must coexist", he says, of what his timepiece conveys of him. He speaks of refinement without excess, precision without noise. "A watch, for me, is a reminder of discipline, of showing up every day and doing the work," Hrithik adds. And when it comes to memory, he adds, "Watches have a unique ability to hold memory. Certain RADO pieces immediately take me back to defining moments—chapters of growth, transition, and personal clarity that continue to influence me today."
