MIRAI: At a splashy new hub for restaurants along the bustling main roads of Bandra is where MIRAI finds a new home. The newly opened outlet is envisioned as a Yin and Yang of Japan's subdued flavours with Korea's punchy offerings; offered through Teppanyaki assembled in front of one's eyes, Hot Pots which are brewed while dining and even a live Omakase station; which, with its theatrical flames every now and again, had everyone's attention. With woven cane lamps, wooden framed seating and colossal windows that give a bird's eye view of the plush suburb, the understated décor compliments the subtle yet memorable cuisines of the restaurant. The Salmon Carpaccio, sliced with surgical precision and soaked in a citrus soy sauce, made for a buttery, umami bite. They excelled in the sushi department: Mirai Special combined three types of fish with fatty avocado and plenty of sauce while Crispy Prawn Tempura was a perfectly classic pick with a hint of fragrant truffle oil. The Omu Rice, with tomato flavours, a demi-glace sauce and soft omlette sliced open; will stay with you long after the last bite. From Ramen to Yakitori to Don Buri, the choices are impressive and that was just within the Japanese section. The Korean Chicken BBQ, turned out live at the table, won points for making the diner part of the process. There's also Kimbap, Hot Pots and more to satiate those Korean food cravings. MIRAI is choosy about what it puts on its menu. With simplistic but striking flavours, enough options to satiate every taste bud and a drinks menu that features sake, soju and even umeshu; it does it all with a sprinkle of magic.

Victoria's Secret home fragrances: You may best know Victoria's Secret for its annual fashion show and lacy lingerie but their recent expansion into fragrances for the home is a perfect next step as it captures that sensual, cosy feel for any room of the house you choose. Their new assortment includes room sprays, diffuser reeds, luxury candles and air freshener pouches you can pick and chose a format for every space. My closet, now accessorised with the scent Crushed, bounds with notes of cranberry and cotton candy every time I open the door. The Rose Bohemia room spray is a luxe upgrade to general air fresheners and adds the scent of rose petals and pink musk to the room with every spritz. The most luxurious touch of them comes from their multi-wick scented candles, of which Midnight Vanilla; with warm, sensual notes, is one you'll want to keep burning all night. After being loved for their classic scent Bombshell, it's a welcome move so that your home can smell just as good too.

OURA Ring 4: Amongst those who consider themselves wellness and fitness enthusiasts; and monitor their moves with trackers and watches on their wrists, lies a segment of individuals who seek something sleeker than a band on a wrist and nifty enough to figure it out without the press of a button. The Oura Ring 4, which has arrived in India on a monthly membership model and is available on Amazon, will be heaven-sent for them. The Finnish-made smart ring works as a personal health companion which seamlessly collates one's health data without needing to manually start activities or switch modes—none of it. Made from lightweight titanium with recessed sensors and finishes from jet black to rose gold, it looks like a simple band on one's finger and doesn't weigh the hand down whatsoever. The chic smart ring tracks over 50 metrics; from sleep quality to daily movement to even temperature variation, which is linked to illness and women's menstrual cycles, to provide insights that are personalised to your body. And it does it all by itself using algorithms and sensors that turn those signals into health data that is actually useful. If a smart watch or wrist tracker has felt bulky on one's wrist (especially when sleeping, which becomes difficult if you want to track your sleep), the Oura Ring 4 feels like you're wearing nothing more than a piece of jewellery. It's world-class technology that's accessible on your literal fingertips and you'd be joining the likes of Prince Harry, Jennifer Aniston and Gwyneth Paltrow who wear one of these too.

Novy: I found myself slipping into the easy, unfussy charm of Novy—the kind of place you wander into for a quick bite and end up lingering a little longer. The menu leans into light, comforting plates—fresh salads, wholesome bowls, and easy breakfast-style dishes that feel indulgent without the heaviness. It’s the perfect reset in the middle of a busy day, especially when you’re craving something that feels both nourishing and effortlessly chic. If you’re looking to balance out indulgent city eating which doesn't weigh you down(but still delicious), this is where you go.

Burberry Goddess Eau de Parfum: I couldn’t resist picking the Burberry Goddess Eau de Parfum when I spotted it at a recent pop-up in Delhi. It's a scent that feels warm, feminine, and just a touch addictive. It’s the kind of fragrance that lingers beautifully through the day, making it a worthy addition whether you’re dressing up or keeping things minimal. If you're looking for a fragrance that has warm earthy notes with a hint of vanilla, this is the one to go for.

Photo Facial at MediGlo Aesthetics: I headed to MediGlo Aesthetics for their photo facial, something I’d been meaning to try for my stubborn acne. The treatment felt surprisingly gentle yet effective, using targeted light therapy to calm inflammation and work on active breakouts. There’s something incredibly reassuring about putting your skin in expert hands and walking out with a visible glow that feels earned, not filtered. If you’ve been battling persistent acne or just want a skin reset that goes beyond the surface, this is the kind of indulgence that feels both results-driven and deeply restorative.
