Cannes Film Festival Day 12: Team HELLO!'s best dressed celebrities, from Cate Blanchett to Jane Fonda

Beyond the appreciation of cinema from all across the globe, the Cannes Film Festival is a well-known spectacle for fashion lovers. Trends straight off the runway parade on the red carpet, while being worn by some of the most notable faces of international cinema. From Bollywood celebrities like Alia Bhatt and Janhvi Kapoor to Hollywood greats like Nicole Kidman and Eva Longoria, the stars are shining brighter than ever in Southern France right now. On the final day 12 of the closing ceremony festival, take a look as numerous celebrities left their mark in their sophisticated outfits, from which Team HELLO! has picked their favourites. 

1. Simone Ashley 

The Bridgerton star picked a strapless gown with a structured bodice and column silhouette in a striking solid shade of red. She paired it with nothing but a wave-styled necklace and pulled her hair back into a sleek bun. For makeup, she opted for dark lips and smokey eyes. 

2. Elle Fanning

Elle Fanning was spotted at the closing ceremony of Cannes 2025 donning a stunning powder blue tulle gown. The gown came with plenty of volume from tiers of tulle, a cold shoulder neckline and a black ribbon-tied bow on her empire waistline. The L'Oreal ambassador opted for bright red lips and wore her blonde locks in a bun.

3. Cate Blanchett

The Australian actress kept her style mainly simplistic with a pop of drama when she wore a flowing black sleeveless gown with a high draped neckline that led to a tulle cape flowing down her back that featured black ruffled lace at its hemline.

4. Jane Fonda

The Hollywood legend looked like a picture of elegance in a column-silhouette beige-toned Oscar De La Renta gown. It featured a long-sleeved floral applique-embellished bodice with a solid toned bottom until its length. Dripping in diamonds, Jane completed it with a smokey eye, berry lip and her glorious grey hair worn in a wavy lob hairstyle.

5. Halle Berry

The Cannes 2025 jury member wore an ivory lace gown which featured a high neckline with power shoulders, a flare at its length and like Elle Fanning, a black ribboned bow tied around her waist. Her glowing makeup look was set with her hair set in a short curly bob.
