What's more delightful than travelling? Travelling with friends. The chosen family of one's lives; friends can make any situation exciting. So travelling, which is fun enough in itself, usually becomes ten times better when you add friends into the mix. Celebrities too, love to travel with their besties and gangs. From Janhvi Kapoor to Toby Maguire, many celebrities from Hollywood and Bollywood have a designated squad and much-loved locations which they travel to, time and again, when they need reprieve.

1. Kedarnath—Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor

Part of Bollywood's Gen Z gang, Sara and Janhvi, were spotted enjoying a vacation in Kedarnath a few summers ago. Their trip took place during the pandemic, making Kedarnath a safe option, due to its fresh hilly air and distance from overly populated cities. The spiritual destination is known majorly for its temples but is also a destination for adventure lovers, as the town offers trekking, rock climbing, and close proximity to raft in white waters. 

2. Spain—Leonardo DiCaprio and Toby Maguire 

The OG Spider-Man and Titanic's Jack have been childhood friends who often travel together. They spend the summer of 2024 under Ibiza's warm sun, on its sandy beaches. Leo's then-girlfriend, Vitoria Ceretti, also joined their group for the Spanish excursion. Ibiza serves as a party destination alongside offering a chance to soak up the sun on the island's pristine beaches. 

3. Manali—Ishaan Khatter, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Pooja Hegde

The quintessential Indian friend group destination, Manali is a hill station where every young Indian has spent at least one summer at, thanks partly to Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. This was also a travel destination recently, for Bollywood's young talent squad Ishaan Khatter, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Pooja Hegde, when the trio took a vacation together.

4. London—Kareena Kapoor Khan, Amrita Arora, Karisma Kapoor, Natasha Poonawalla

Kareena Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor, along with their friends, Amrita Arora and Natasha Poonawalla, have been spotted taking many fancy vacations; London being one of their destinations of choice. For the friend squad that loves city life even when they travel, they headed to London, which features many marvels of architecture, with beautiful buildings such as Buckingham Palace, the Natural Science Museum, The London Bridge and many more. London is also a hot spot for luxury shopping and a melting pot of many global cultures. 

5. Andaman Islands—Waheeda Rehman, Helen, Asha Parekh

Waheeda Rehman, Helen and Asha Parekh have travelled around the world together, from Scandinavia to the Andaman Islands. The Bollywood veteran pals were spotted on a vacation at India's stunning Andaman Islands, known for an abundance of natural beauty. With pristine beaches and vibrant coral reefs, this spot offers one a chance to enjoy water sports like no other destination in India. 

6. Turks and Caicos—Bella Hadid, Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner

For her 19th birthday, Kylie Jenner flew her closest friends to Turks and Caicos for birthday getaway. Her girl gang included her older sister, Kendall Jenner, supermodel Bella Hadid, fashion it-girl Hailey Bieber; a squad that has been endlessly spotted together, from Oscar parties to European holidays. Before either of them were in the commercial spotlight, their squad enjoyed a lush vacation of yacht parties and lavish villas, sharing pictures that left us all green with envy. 

7. Montana—Matt Damon and Ben Affleck

If there is one relationship that Ben Affleck has been able to maintain for years, it is his friendship with Matt Damon. The lifelong friendship, which began during their childhood, has been with both of them well into adulthood. Their creative partnership in Good Will Hunting made them Academy Award winners and both actors have been there for each other, through thick and thin. It's no surprise that this Hollywood power duo vacations and celebrates important festivals together as in the past, the friends spent their Christmas break together in Montana.

8. Jordon—Karlie Kloss and Ellie Goulding

The sand dunes of the Middle East were appreciated by the supermodel and singer duo, Karlie Kloss and Ellie Goulding. The two enjoyed a desert vacation, where they were joined by royalty like Prince Hussein and Princess Beatrice as well as designer Misha Nonooo. The sandy escape of the Wadi Rum desert in Southern Jordan offers quad biking, camel rides, and exploring the ancient city of Petra, making it a culturally-ripe and active getaway.
